The Hub manages real estate projects for developers in Mauritius — from feasibility to the handover of keys. One team connecting finance, design, legal, sales and construction, so your project moves.
A development manager sits between the developer and everyone else the project needs — banks, notaries, architects, contractors, agents and buyers — and makes the whole thing work as one. The Hub is a fully integrated development manager: we can take a project from a plot of land and an idea through to delivered, sold apartments.
